what is a media?
Media is a collection of mediums, it is a word which stand as a plural of the word medium. In these days there is a high competition in trade and business activities this issue makes Advertisement to be important in business promotion. People use to promote their business so as to increase the number of customers of their services or products, therefore if you don't promote your business, people or customers will not recognize your services or products you sell. Business owners use various ways to promote their products or services, let's start to discuss those ways used by business owners to promote products and services.

Television is an electronic device which recieves audiovisual cast from station. This is a best way of promoting products and services because many people use to watch television every day so the advertisement about a certain product or service will reach to many people.
2)Radio
radio can be used a alternative of television, it depend much on listening. where by a customer can listen or hear an advertisement about a product or service. It is also a best way of promoting business because radio is listened by many people.
3) Internet
This is known as international network, the use of internet has increased nowadays therefore different advertisement are advertised through internet through Advertising networks like ADSENSE, REVENUE HITS and POPADS. Also some companies own websites for promoting their business.
4) Social Media
These are media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. This is a best way of promoting business because nowadays people uses to visit social media to share photos, ideas and lifestyle.
5) Business cards
These are cards which explain about the company including profile, contacts etc. Business card can be given to a person to get information about the company and contact them.
6)posts
These are pieces of clothes or board which written words about specific advertisement and placed in a vertical positions. They usually being put in the area where many people meet or pass eg. Bus station, market area etc.
Those were few ways of promoting business, but one can be effective than others depending on a community, geographical location and distance.
Promoting products help your products to be known and increase the number of users of your products.
The challenge of promoting business is in cost. Most of media charges costs a lot of money for someone to promote his or her business.
