Blogger blogging platform allows users to add multiple authors they would like to work with. The invited authors can create posts, edit or delete them at any time. However, the access for invited authors is limited as they only have control over the posts they have created but not posts created by an admin. This means that, the invited authors can't edit or delete the posts created by an admin or other authors. While an admin have full control of the posts created by the authors he invited.

To invited authors on blogger follow steps below:
1. Open your browser and sign in to your blogger account then select a blog you want to add an author.
2. Click on Setting and scroll down to Permissions section then click on Add more authors.
3. The box will popup where you will be required to enter email of an author you would like to invite. After entering the email of an author click on SEND.
In case you want to add multiple authors at once, enter email of each author in a field and separate them with a comma.

After adding the authors in your blogger, the invitation email will be sent to the authors you invited, whereby they will be required to accept or decline the invitation request. The authors who accept the invitation request will be listed on your blogger panel and you can find them at Blog admins and authors in a Permissions section. You can remove the authors if like by clicking a remove button.
