Restoring an Android phone may be easy as you can open phone setting and there you can reset your phone. Here are the steps
1) Turn on your phone because this trick functions when the phone is on.
2) Hold/press power button for a while, until the "power off" window pops up, followed holding Volume up button. Release buttons after TECNO logo appears.
3)After that you will see something like robotic language (as shown on picture below), then there you have to use "volume up" to scroll up, "volume down" to scroll down and "power button to select or open.
4)Scroll down to "Wipe data/factory reset" by using volume buttons, then open the option by pressing power button
5)select "yes -- delete all user data" the press power button to confirm the option, from there your phone will be restored soon.
