Steps:

1. Make sure your phone is on. If it's off, then turn it on.

2. Hold power button for a while, until the "power off" window pops up. Then hold volume up button together with power button. Release buttons after TECNO logo appears.

3. You will see a robotic language (as shown on picture below). Use volume up and volume down to scroll up or down and power button to select or open.

4. Scroll down to "Wipe data/factory reset" by using volume buttons, then open the option by pressing power button.

5. Select "yes -- delete all user data" press power button to confirm the option. From there your phone will be restored.
