What is Job title?
Job title is a name of a position which an employee holds in an organization. It identifies the responsibilities and duties of the employees in their positions.
Job title is different from job position. Job position means the day-to-day responsibilities an employee have in an organization. Job title helps organization in ranking its employees in organization hierarchy and evaluating the jobs to determine the fairly amount of salary supposed to be paid in each level or job.
