Planets are the large bodies which orbit the star. There are 8 known planets in the solar system which revolve around the sun including the planet earth. These planets differ in size, appearance and some features.

You might be surprised to hear that there is a planet that can float in the water!

Yes, Saturn floats in the water. According to astronauts research, they discovered that Saturn can float in the water.

Planet Saturn

Saturn is a second biggest planet in solar system with a circumference of 378,675 km and radius of  58,232 km (9.5 times bigger than the earth) and it is the sixth planet from the sun. Saturn is circled by a ring (planetary ring system) which makes it to have different appearance from other planets in the solar system.

Why Saturn floats in the water?
Saturn can float in the water because it has lower density than water. The density of Saturn is about 0.69 g/m³ while the density of water is 1 g/m³. According to physics scholars, if an object is more dense than water it will sink when placed in water, and if it is less dense than water it will float (acs.org). Thus planet Saturn floats in the water.
