How to create an ad unit and generate a code on AdSense

AdSense is one of the best ad networks through which bloggers use to monetize their websites. 

In order to make money through AdSense you should submit your website that will be under review for a certain period then after approval you can start displaying AdSense ads on your website and earn money.

This post will explain on how to create an ad unit on your AdSense account and how to generate an ad code.

How to create AdSense ad step by step

Step 1: Open your browser and sign in to your AdSense account

Step 2: On the AdSense menu select "Ads"

Step 3: Select "By unit"

Step 4: Select type of Ad unit, here you will find Display ads, In-feed ads, In-article ads, Multiplex ads and Search engine.

Step 5: Name your ad unit and select the ad unit size then click "Create".

After creating an ad unit you can copy the ad code and paste it into your website.

If you want to generate an ad code, click on "<>" mark then copy the ad code.

To edit an ad unit click on a pen mark.

To remove an ad unit from the list click on three dots then click "Archive".

To check ad report click on report mark.
